Fleur Estelle
Message from Fleur
Welcome to my journey! I started dancing at the age of 3 at Vacani Ballet School but didn't voyage through belly dance until my teenage years, through my love of Bollywood and Tamil cinema.

I was attracted to belly dance like a moth to a flame.
I had an avid interest in intuitive ways of living and healing through movement. After suffering serious health challenges and feeling disconnected from my body, I was in need of grounding and feeling whole again. I found my home in belly dance, because it reconciled me with my dear body. I'll forever be grateful for how deeply healing belly dance is to our soul, body and mind :-)

Whether you are attracted to learning belly dance for fun, fitness, femininity, co-ordination, endorphins, posture, muscle control, reconnection, art, healing, spitirual reasons, meeting new friends or for no other reason than simply a gut feeling - I hope your journey is filled with magic.
Love, Fleur x

Our School
Our Instructors
Many of our beloved students (some of which even started as complete beginners in our classes years ago!) became instructors through our Teacher Training program and ongoing mentoring with Fleur.

They have direct experience of what it is like to be a student in our school, and with care and compassion can apply their expertise as well as relatability by welcoming and teaching our new students.
Due to the freelance nature of their teaching and schedules changing in our busy modern world, check our shop page to see which classes are taught by our school instructors for this most current term and to read their bio directly on their class page :-)

All our instructors have at some point been part of our performing troupe and you can catch their performances on our YouTube channel!

We're grateful to our wonderful students and all who come to learn with us, whether for just 1 class or for many years of shimmy adventures!
Each of you bring your light to class and share your enthusiasm and own unique energy with the group around you. Thank you for dancing with us and we hope you meet many lifelong friends in our school!

Many of you already know that pre-Covid we had an end of term Showcase with opportunities for our students to perform on stage what they learned that term as well as loving friends and family coming to clap in the audience :-) Whilst these are currently on pause as we navigate the post-covid era, we do hope to revive our Showcase and bring it back to life very soon! Stay tuned...
